Outcome
After this guide, you will have a live bingo created in RNG Bingo with the right board settings, dates, and optional prize pool configuration.
Before you start
- Sign in to the app and make sure you have permission to create a bingo.
- Decide which tile pack you want to use.
- Have your start time, signup close time, and end time ready.
- If you plan to charge a registration fee, decide whether you want to enable the prize pool and what amount each player should pay.
Step by step
- Open the app and go to Bingos.
- Choose the option to create a new bingo.
- Enter the core event details:
- Name
- Description
- Tile pack
- Rows and Columns
- Timezone
- Start date
- Signup close date
- End date
- If you want to support Discord-based onboarding, turn on Allow Discord Registration.
- If your event uses paid entry, turn on Prize Pool Enabled and enter the Registration Fee amount.
- Review the generated board.
- Click individual tiles if you want to customize their content, type, points, or required amount before publishing.
- Save the bingo.
Common gotchas
- Do not leave tiles blank. A board with missing tile text is not ready to save.
- Make sure your timezone is correct before sharing the event. Signup and end times are easier to manage when the organizer timezone is accurate from the start.
- If you enable a registration fee, moderators still need to mark players as paid later during roster management.
- If you plan to use Discord, create the bingo first so you have the event code available in the workspace.
